The room was very cold, and despite raising this with staff, I was initially told that the heating was functioning correctly. After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The room did not include any tea or coffee facilities, which I would consider a basic expectation for a four-star hotel. I also requested an iron but was informed that one was not available and that I would need to pay €5 for a shirt to be ironed instead. On a positive note, the breakfast was of good quality and the staff were very friendly. However, I would choose to stay at a different hotel on my next visit.

Ho pernottato solo una notte quindi ho solo una visione molto limitata della struttura. Parcheggio spazioso, zona “industriale/commerciale”. Camera ok, forse il mobilio risultava un po’ datato rispetto alla stanza che sembrava quasi nuova. Letto comodo. Colazione con salato e dolce.

Stavolta un peccato rispetto alla precedente- stanza un po' rumorosa. Quello/a sopra si faceva la doccia alle due di notte e camminava con i tacchi. Il bar che fa le colazioni stavolta un po' scortese. A parte che c'è da fare la fila per chiudere le uova o un caffè il signore si è rifiutato di fare tre uova ha detto che ne fanno solo due loro....

Bella struttura, moderna, con giardino e piscina, camere piacevoli e funzionali. Cordialita' e gentilezza al ricevimento e al bar. E' lontano dal centro ma almeno si parcheggia gratuitamente e si ha un soggiorno piu' comodo , anche con la Spa. Prezzo buono. Unico suggerimento : piu' frutta e un sorriso in piu' a colazione. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte, ma siamo rimasti delusi....camere non all'altezza di un 4☆. Molto delusi dalla colazione...viene, a tutt'oggi, servita dietro un plexiglas. Ci é stato riferito che é per salvaguardare il cliente (covid) ma il personale era senza dispositivi di protezione e questo servizio implica una calca di persone in attesa di prendere/scegliere la propria colazione....abbiamo riferito il tutti alla reception (la ragazza é stata molto gentile e comprensiva) e ci é stato detto che non eravamo i primi clienti a lamentarci a riguardo.....questo modo di operare mette il cliente a disagio...spero che la Direzione del hotel tenga conto di queste recensioni e si adoperari per migliorare il sevizio

Hotel molto bello, moderno e pulitissimo. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Camere confortevoli, doccia grande, aria condizionata regolabile a piacimento. Piscina ben tenuta, giardino curato, garage di facile e comodo accesso. Unico neo, la colazione: a buffet ma servito, quindi era necessario chiedere e attendere di essere serviti. Lo fanno per il Covid anche se, ad oggi, le restrizioni sono cadute completamente.
