Two bathrooms make getting ready easy, and the space stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether you’re winding down after a day of exploring or starting fresh in the morning, this excellent house offers a brilliant home base. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Dunnellon and our house has to offer. This home is a 5 to 30 minutes drive to multiple different Florida Springs including Rainbow River Springs, Hunter Springs, Manatee Springs, Weeki Wachee, and Devils Den. It is also a short drive (25-30 minutes) to Crystal River or Homosassa Springs, which leads you out to the Gulf of Mexico where you can take multiple different fishing excursions, scalloping excursions or just enjoy a day out on the water. Bring your own boat to this property or there are multiple places that you can rent one. Local boat ramp is less than a 3 minute drive. Local Kayaking, tubing and parks. Enjoy Florida’s nature coast, while dining out at some amazing restaurants, including Crumps, Landing, The Blue gator, Swampy’s and many others.
