4-person, very spacious ground floor appt, trullo, shared pool and tennis court.

Mirtillo - the one apartment which is separate from the main villa. Truly spacious and cool living. A sun-soaked terrace, that through double doors opens into an open plan living/dining room with a fully equipped galley kitchen to the left. Under a stone archway into the original stone lamia, which now houses the twin-bedded room, and through a further arch into the delightful double bedroom, housed in the renovated trullo. Completed by a large, modern, family bathroom this really is a glorious apartment.

The property is set amongst olive, fig and other fruit trees and has a lovely big kidney shaped swimming pool, *CLOSED UNTIL 15 MAY*, next to which is a magnificent gazebo, a barbeque and a full sized tennis court. There is direct access to the pool, however, if safety is required the gates to the terrace can be shut. There is a panoramic view of the Adriatic if you climb to the top of the land.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.

great apartment in a beautiful location

Very clean and spacious apartment with lots of good facilities. In a lovely location with a pool. Had everything we needed and the booking was very well handled too.
