Sehr gerne wieder

Die Terrasse und der Garten sind wunderschön mit einem herrlichen Meerblick. Die Wohnung selber ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Leider war der traumhafte Pool schon geschlossen. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist großzügig g...

Die Unterkunft ist großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Top:. gr. Fernseher mit Sat TV, eigene Wasch– & Spülmaschine, riesiger Hightec Kühlschrank. Auch der Garten ist schön groß, so dass man gemütlich am Tisch sitzen oder sich auf der Liege sonnen kann und die Kids haben auch noch Platz zum spielen. Ein wenig Abstiche muss man allerdings beim Bad machen, es ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Dusche ist sicher sanierungsbedürftig, da die Duschtasse undicht ist und man beim Duschen das halbe Bad flutet. Zudem sollten die Eigentümer über einen Matratzenschoner nachdenken, den man regelmäßig waschen kann, denn die Matratze im gr. Schlafzimmer riecht sehr unangenehm ... Reisetipps: Empfelenwert zu besichtigen sind:– Genua ca. 1,15 Std. mit dem Auto, Parkplätze sind z.B. ausreichend am Porto Antico vorhanden (ca. 2,00 €/Std.)– Monaco ca. 1 Std. mit dem Auto, Parkplatzsuche etwas chaotisch doch am Bhf. ist ein großes Parkhaus (allerdings ist die Auffahrt sehr eng und man lässt schnell etwas Lack) 2,20 €/Std.– Sanremo (in 40 Min. mit dem Bus zu erreichen, hält direkt unten auf der SS1 etwas vor dem Tabakgeschäft) Ticket f. 90 Min. 1,50€ im Lotto–/Tabackgeschäft, 2,50€ im Bus– Ventimiglia freitags riesiger Markt (Anreise umbedingt mit dem Bus zu empfehlen ca. 1,5 Std., Bus bis Sanremo dann umsteigen nach Ventimiglia– Whale Watching von Imperia Porto Mauritio (34€ /Erw. 22€/Ki.) !!! Dauer mit Fahrt zu zwei anderen Abholungshäfen ca. 7 Std.!!! Umbedingt Kopfbedeckung, Sonnencreme, ausreichend Getränke & etwas zu Essen mitnehmen. An Bord gibt es zwar Getränke (Wasser 0,5l 1€ Cola, Eistee,... 0,25l 2,50€, aber sonst nur Snacks wie Chips.

Ausstattung zum Teil vollständig, aber manches für 5 Personen eher knapp. Z.B. Gibt es innen und außen jeweils nur 4 Stühle. In Summe ist die Anlage etwas pflegebedürftig. Pool ist sehr schön und groß.Genügend Liegen sind hier vorhanden.
