Tolle Ferien in Ligurien

wir verbrachten eine tolle Ferienwoche. Vor allem die Kinder genossen den Pool sehr. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war sehr schön, so wie die ganze Anlage. Daniel war sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir ein Problem hatten und sehr freundlich. Man ist mit Kindern auf ein Auto angewiesen zum Einkaufen und für ans Meer zu kommen. Die Gartenstühle wahren zum Teil kaputt, so dass sie keinen Erwachsenen mehr tragen.

Tolle, sehr gepflegte Anlage mit viel Grün, Palmen und blühende Oleander Bäume. Die Aussicht beim Pool ist unbezahlbar und auch von der Terrasse sieht man das Meer gut. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, siehe Fotos. Einziger minus Punkt: relativ viel Mücken

Gute Unterkunft mit Pool

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Spül- und Waschmaschine. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider war die Wohnung an sich etwas abgewohnt und hatte Spuren von Feuchtigkeit an mehreren Stellen. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und eignet sich zum Verweilen. Der Pool war gepflegt, mit Aufsichtspersonal ( Die Dame empfanden wir als wenig freundlich). Die Nebenkosten von 60 Euro für Bettwäsche und Handtücher fand ich zu hoch, die Kurtaxe betrug noch mal 40 Euro.

Renovierungsbedürftig

Die Wohnung ist leider etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Die Duschkabine ist nicht dicht und nach dem Duschen schwimmt das halbe Bad. Die Spülmaschine lässt sich nicht mehr ausschalten, wenn man die Maschine zumacht kann es sein, dass sie startet. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr laut, mit etwas Fantasie könnte man es als Meeresrauschen durchgehen lassen. Besteck und die Küchengeräte sind bunt durcheinander gemischt. Für 6 Personen stehen 2 Weingläser zur Verfügung. Die restliche Anlage inkl. Pool sind top.

Urlaub Ligurien

Bei Ankunft war die Schlüsselübergabe etwas schwierig, da der H.M. nur italienisch sprach, dank Google ging es. Anlage ist sehr schön, Poolanlage super, sauber. Unsere Probleme mit der Dusche und Stühle wurden sofort gelöst. mehr Gläser wären super In der zweiten Wochen reisten weitere Urlauber/ Italiener an , damit war die Ruhe vorbei. Was uns sehr in den Abend/ Nachtstunden gestört hat. Denn um 2 Uhr muss man nicht mehr lautschreiend durchs Treppenhaus laufen. Und das nicht einmal.

Residence charmante et paisible. L appartement idéalement pour grande famille. Cependant, les appartements sont trop collés les uns aux autres ce qui peut votre être dérangeant. Pas de commerce accessible rapidement à pieds, l utilisation de la voiture est très requise.

Unsere Wohnung (3 Zimmer + Gar...

Unsere Wohnung (3 Zimmer + Garten + PKW Stellplatz) war gut ausgestattet, bis auf das es kaum Putzutensilien gab. Der Pool lohnt sich, da man zugleich einen tollen Blick auf das Meer hat. Wir hatten Glück im September anzureisen, da somit der Pool immer leer war.Ansonsten empfanden wir die Wohnung als sehr dunkel und an Regentagen machte es keine große Freude. Sportliche können fußläufig die Fahrradstraße unterhalb der Via Aurelia erreichen und somit schöne Strände in San Lorenzo oder Aregai zu Fuß ansteuern.Internet kostet 10€ die Woche. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Insgesamt war es eine normale Unterkunft, die durch den naheliegenden Pool Pluspunkte gesammelt hat.In der Hauptsaison empfinden wir den Preis jedoch als eindeutig zu hoch. Reisetipps: Cervo, Märkte in Imperia, Civezza, Bussana Vecchia, San Lorenzo Sandstrand hinter der Kirche, Restaurant Monte Grazie (10 Gänge Menu inkl. Getränke 29€ p.P.) u.v.m.

Die Wohnung wirkt vernachlässi...

Die Wohnung wirkt vernachlässigt. Unter der Spüle lief das Wasser in Auffangschalen, die Zündung des Gasherds klackte permanent, wenn man nicht den Stromstecker zog, der Kühlschrank ist laut, einige Regalbretter hängen, das Kinderzimmer müsste gestrichenwerden, es standen halb kaputte Grills herum und ein kaputter Sonnenschirm, zum Putzen gab es nur einen alten Schrubber, einen ... versifften Kehrbesen und eine kaputte Kehrschaufel... Das Stockbett im Kinderzimmer hat keinen seitlichen Rand – wir hattenBettgitter als Rausfallschutz dabei. Ohne wäre es nicht gegangen. Die Anlage war in der Vorsaison mehr von Rentnern belegt als von Familien. Um zu Fuß zum Ort und Meer zu gelangen muss man schon fit sein.Der Pool war sehr sauber, groß und schön. Kein Kleinkindbereich. Besonders gut an der Wohnung fanden wir den kleinen Garten mit Markiese und Esstisch. Es gibt Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Das eine Elternschlafzimmer ist schön und hell, das andere ein bisschen muffig. Reisetipps: Da man eigentlich immer das Auto braucht, wird es außerhalb der Nebensaison vielleicht schwieriger mit der Parkplatzsuche. Der öffentliche Strand am Ort war mit Sand aufgeschüttet und soweit ok. Es gab sogar Duschen. Schöne Strandabschnitte mit Sand weiter östlich, zum Beispiel bei Laiguelia und Diano Marina (hier geht es sehr flach ins Wasser). Aber überall stehen die Liegestühle dicht an dicht. Supertoll ist der Radweg nach San Remo mit wirklich gutem und günstigem Radlverleih!
