Not worth the price

First, we got a room with a noisy bathroom exhaust fan. We reported it and had to call many times and wait in total for almost 1 hour until someone arrive with a new fan. We asked for a new room because they will take some time to replace the fan and we wanted to take a shower soon. Why didn't they just offered us a new room from the beginning instead of making the guest waiting??? The new room is the same type on the upper floor. The bathroom has black moldy sealant on the bottom corners and spider webs on the top corners. Bad odours sometimes smelt in the room, coming out from the bathroom. THIS IS NOT HOW A 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BE! The hairdryer was not working. They replaced it with a new one but just laid it on the table instead of replacing the broken one on the wall. It's supposed to be a 5 star hotel. The nightly price was also higher than the average 5 star hotel price. But our impression is not 5 star

Nice hotel with incredible view

It was nice and clean hotel. Location and view was best in Jabal. I really recommend the hotel. Good staffs and kitchen chef.

Terrible experience

The hotel was below my expectations honestly. The only I liked about the hotel is the room view. First of all, the the housekeeping is bad. They didn't clean my room 2 days in a row and one day was half cleaned. The breakfast is little and not enough for everyone and it's cold and not many choices. I won't come here again.

The worst wifi ive ever try😤😤😤it was very bad I didn't work at all! Break fast was not bad. Room service only have a limited dish. Berger or club sanwitch. And its not tasty olso. But the view was realy great facing the river and the rice feald
