Pass through the formal dining room, sure to inspire fine dining at home, on your way to a more casual living area with tv, comfortable seating, and stain glass windows. Also on this level, the fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and all the cookware and tools you’ll need for convenient meals and drinks at home.
Downstairs is a spacious studio suite with a king size bed, private patio, foosball table, smart tv, and sectional couch. All the necessities for fun, entertainment, and leisure.
You’ll find this home to have ample outdoor living space between the lower patio and upper balcony. You’ll find more privacy on the covered patio where you might enjoy a meal outdoors, while upstairs the balcony allows you to soak in some sunshine and take in the beautiful urban views.
