The price was right so I took a chance & it was average at best. Hotels.com reviews were outstanding but this isn't an outstanding place. The communication from renter was a lot... probably need to make each unit / location information specific, I received a lot of information that didn’t pertain to my unit (for example... leave thermostat @ 72 but this unit had window air-conditioning). The neighborhood is changing for sure but is still a bit sketchy so might want to let your renters know that. It's an old building / neighborhood and the remodel was basic but didn't look "professionally" done. The bathroom tub wasn't refinished well if at all & it showed. Over all it was ok for the price but nothing screamed I need to come back.

The apt was clean and minimally furnished. The promised dishwasher, shopping, gym, and golf course were not there. The neighborhood is sketchy and the outside of the building poorly kept.

Staying in Northside

I was visiting my son at UC for parent's weekend, and due to the drastically high prices of hotels (also Oktoberfest), I stumbled upon this Suite. It was very much as advertised. It was clean, check in was easy and convenient. I had no problems with parking at all. I was an 8 minute drive to UC, and 10 or so to other downtown destinations. Two blocks away was a great little local district with a brewery and several fun bars. I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay and saving a lot of money.

Good choice for a short stay.

Apartment was basic but met our needs. Stayed there 2 nights while in town sightseeing. Price was cheaper than staying downtown, and gave us more space and comfort than a hotel room. The apartment was clean. Bed was comfortable. They supplied the basics for bathroom or to do simple cooking in the small kitchen area. Good choice for a short stay, but you do need a car to get around.

The home was comfortable and very clean. I would definitely stay there again. My only critique is that they need a sink stopper so that dishes could be washed andiron and ironing board. Other than that the place is a very comfortable and it was peaceful!

Nice mini apartment

Stayed for work. Very nice mini apartment. Little congestion for parking, but thats not the apartments fault.
