This place was wonderful. This was our first anniversary trip without our kids and it was amazing. The house was clean smelled amazing had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet so we were able to sit on the porch and talk.Restaurants were walking distance, grocery stores less than 10min drive. We didn’t want to leave honestly. This is definitely on our list of places to stay again. Communication was great with Kirsten. We had a question about the basement and she sent the maintenance man over right away with no hesitation. We appreciate the kindness we received. We were parents truly needing a break and this house did just that for us.

Good house in a great location

We loved the location of this house. There are some great restaurants and an ice cream shop within walking distance. The house is great. It is an older house, but it was a great house for our stay. Our only issue with the hosue was that to get to the King sized bedroom you had to walk through the office bedroom we used for our littles. It wasnt a huge deal we just didn't realize it from the listing.

Great locale, great host

Very responsive host and made check in and check out very easy. It took me to the second day to realize that the code to get in was the last digits of my phone number, but I thought that was a neat touch to make it easy to remember. Very clean home and plenty of utensils if we chose In the very nice kitchen, my only wish is that the home had another bathroom but for four people we made it work. Easy access to Cincinnati, proper and all areas of Cincinnati to do all the things that we wanted to do. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a quick getaway.

Short birthday getaway

It was a very neat kept home and met all our standards for a short and sweet weekend for my birthday. We had a blast visiting the local shops downtown and going to a concert at river front live venue. It is a great quite place to get back to after enjoying your fun! I highly recommend as the host is so sweet and had everything ready for us! Thank you Kirsten for the great stay! 😊

Perfect weekend away

We absolutely loved our time here. It had all the amenities and comforts of home in a quiet and safe neighborhood at the end of a beautiful cul-de-sac. Given the opportunity we would choose this place again and the host, Evolve was great!

LOVED IT!

This home looked and felt exactly as pictured... meaning clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The house is located in a BEAUTIFUL and safe area that has quaint shopping stores and local restaurants within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. Almost nothing different from entering and exiting your own home. The two times I reached out to the owner, she responded within moments. The morning of our departure, I had a moment to sit on the front porch in the rocking chair. It was a beautiful morning when the birds were chirping, and I was able to watch a squirrel do what squirrels do. It was a peaceful and serene moment. Also, there were plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, appliances, and dishes to make you feel right at home. There was nothing we didn't like about our stay. I highly recommend it. It will be my automatic "Go To" in the future when I need to stay overnight in Cincinnati.
