First and foremost this property was clean. In all aspects: Furniture, floors, linens, bathroom etc. Brian did accommodate a date change allowing me to bump my date back one day although additional fees and price was added which lead to the subpar price for stay rating. Again, although very clean.. the place itself is small. The furniture in the living room size worked for the room but not much comfort to sit back and take in a movie(s). WiFi information was not provided as I was informed to reach out to Brian directly for the information direct. Communication wasn’t very rapid so we missed out on that info. While awaiting the password we searched hi and low for the router or any paperwork left with said info in which we failed to find. The tv itself was already connected, maybe the router was in the upstairs unit? Either way the connection was very poor and very few apps could even open leading to very little tv options. A few bucks cheaper, a solid internet connection and streamlined communication, this would go from a good to a great place to stay.
