⏰ The concierge desk operates daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM only. Guests arriving outside these hours will be assisted the following day during operating hours.

⚠️ Please Note: The building have a strict policy allowing a maximum of 2 guests at any given time. Visitors beyond the registered guests are not permitted, regardless of whether they are staying overnight. This is enforced by building management, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Additionally, a limited number of EV charging stations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Nearby parking lots also provide daily rates between $20 and $24.

Please ensure you complete the necessary documentation as soon as possible. We will not be able to provide a refund if entry is denied on the day of check-in due to late submission. ⭐

➤ Primary guest who made the booking must undergo background checks and submit required information prior to arrival. Secondary guest is required to submit a government ID. For same-day bookings, information submission is required within one hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel reservations that do not meet our verification criteria.

We appreciate your understanding and want to ensure that your experience in our smoke-free unit is as comfortable as possible.
