To ensure a safe and secure environment for all our guests, we conduct background and ID verification. Also, you'll have the option to choose between a refundable security deposit (a hold on your credit card) or a non-refundable damage waiver.

⚠️ Important: If you are arriving on Sunday and Monday after 11 PM, only the garage staff can give you the keys (not the concierge). The primary guest listed on the booking must pick up the keys in person and show a valid ID. You must let us know before 8 PM on your check-in day if you will arrive after 11 PM. If we don’t know by then, you will not be able to check in that night and will need to wait until 7 AM the next morning. ⚠️

⏰The concierge desk is available 24 hours a day, except on Sundays and Mondays. For arrivals after 11 PM on those days, check-in will be assisted by the garage staff. Please notify us of any late arrivals by 8 PM on your check-in day.

Visitors beyond the registered guests are not permitted, regardless of whether they are staying overnight.
