There is a fenced in rear yard with a wood deck and wood burning fire-pit. The home is near many grocery stores and local dining and shopping. The home is extremely relaxing. Local attractions like Kings Island Amusement Park, Top golf, Spooky Nook, Liberty Centre, Reds, Bengals, zoo, and soo much more.
this is a bi-level property- there are a half flight of steps up to 3 of the 4 bedrooms, and a half of flight of steps down to the master bedroom suite. The rooms are comfortably sized.
