This prime location offers direct access to the eastern side of the Lenzerheide ski resort, providing you with convenient ski-in/ski-out opportunities. From here, you can also connect to the spectacular Lenzerheide-Arosa cable car, which takes you to the Arosa ski resort. Additionally, the Proschieri valley station, linking you to the western side of the Lenzerheide ski resort, is just a short walk away. In winter, you'll benefit from direct access to the cross-country skiing trail, located just a few meters from the apartment. The nearby Heimberg Kids’ Area offers ideal conditions for your children to learn skiing playfully with the Parpan ski school. For extra fun, a beautiful and cozy sledding track in the area promises enjoyment for all ages. In summer, the location is a paradise for outdoor activities.
