The Paijmans Holiday Apartment is an 84 square meter, 3.5-room apartment located on the first floor of a building with a lift. It features a double room, a room with two bunk beds, a bright and pleasant living and dining area, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, and a separate toilet. The apartment is conveniently located near the Heimberg chairlift, providing direct access to the eastern side of the Lenzerheide ski area and the Lenzerheide-Arosa connecting cableway. It is also just a few minutes' walk from the Proschieri valley station, connecting to the western side of the Lenzerheide ski area.
