Perfect for small and large groups, couples, families, retreats, sport teams etc. Private and secluded yet Only 20 min. from Anchorage and the valley! Five miles from Eagle River. This property has it all! Property is 3,400 sq. ft. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms situated on 2.5 wooded acres. Enjoy coffee in the mornings on the large wrap around deck. Hot tubing with friends and family. Plenty of room for kids to adventure in the wooded birch tree forest and play on the rope swings. In the evenings grill while viewing the midnight sun or roast marshmallows over the fire pit.

Great restaurants close by, Matanuska Brewing is a favorite of ours for craft beer and pizza (7.8 miles) and Bobbys cafe 2.2 miles.

Lovely Home
We had a great experience! The home is inviting and comfortable, with lots of space. The decor was well done and relaxing. We did not see the onsite caretaker, except when she unlocked the piano for us as requested. We had some trouble starting the dryer with a missing knob, the host plans to leave clearer instructions for the next guest. It was a great stay, especially the hot tub under the midnight sun.

Our adult children and 3 grands (ages 7, 3 & 3) really enjoyed this house- inside & outside!!
Enough rooms+ for the 10 of us, and space and yard (incl play area) for our kids. We were able to come and Go (glacier, hikes and Denali day trip- and enjoy hot tub)!
