We have stayed in the Judith Fancy area countless times. This was our first time at Toes in the Sand Beach House. It didn't disappoint. Communication with the host was seamless. There was an issue with one of the rooms and the host quickly attempted to resolve. The location is perfect, just minutes away from many activities. I highly recommend visiting Blues backyard BBQ which you walk to if you wish. However we spent the majority of our time in the backyard listening to the waves and watching the surfers while enjoying the gentle trade winds. We will be back and I highly recommend!

The house was great! It fit six people very comfortably and everything was clean and well kept. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool, and walking on the small but very pretty beach (and watching surfers). The community was very nice and we felt very safe taking walks. We had a great week on St. Croix and were sad to leave.

The pictures dont do the house and location justice. The location was perfect for accessing great restaurants in Christiansted within 10-12 minutes and the house is well stocked for a vacation. My two brothers and our wives stayed at the house in late-January and had an absolutely great time. The view of the ocean from the front patio is breathtaking and the pool located overlooking the ocean is just perfect.The three private bedrooms with private full baths make this a great location for couples who want to share a place but still enjoy some privacy. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a spot to say yes to Toes in the Sand. We had a hot water issue on Day 1 and Rich immediately had a plumber at the house to repair within two hours! Great service!

Blue Paradise

Loved the layout and open main room, pool was a hit for all ( kids and adults), outside entry room for the teens was right up their ally and the two main bedrooms for the adults were well equipped and clean, outside shower was a hit for all!!The view from the deck is absolutely amazing with views of Buck Island and beautiful sunrises in or out of the pool!! We saw multiple kinds of wildlife (Sea and Land types).Gated community and they take the gating seriously, we felt very safe even with teens staying back without an adult.A couple things to note:Water pressure is limited so plan around showers/washers/etc.Internet coverage/bandwidth is limited as well as streaming services are limited as well.Beach is accessible but not swimmable due to rocks and coral formations.

Beautiful home!

We loved this home and the location. We did have an issue with the AC on the first night but the owners took care of it very quickly and had 2 new units installed by the next day. The views from the pool are beautiful. This house had everything we needed. The only critique I could give would be the addition of blinds in the bedrooms. The sun rises so early that it wakes you up at 5:00 am. Not a big deal but it would be a nice touch. If we come back to the island, we will definitely stay here again.

Stunning Views!

This is a great property with stunning views! Everything was great! Sharon and Ali were so nice and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped and we truly had everything we needed, from beach towels to beach chairs. I would absolutely stay here again and again. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect Home

This home was exactly what wanted and hoped for. The kitchen was well stocked (we like to cook in), the bedding was plush and comfortable. The pool area was our favorite spot to begin and end the day We hope to return to the island again some day and we would love to stay here again
