A very clean property. I stayed during COVID-19 and the staff were diligently cleaning everything

It was a very nice experience at this hotel. The staff were diligent in ensuring safe distancing and screening of guests during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The room was great, right on the water. It was very clean and everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was great. The only drawback was there isnt enough variety of food for lunch or dinner.

The staff was very friendly for the most part. We had one rude server at breakfast but other wise nice. The beach chairs are horrible. Look and feel like something from the dollar store. There is no beach service except for Sat & Sun. There is a bit of pool service and Chantal is great. The bed was so uncomfortable I had to put the sofa cushions on the bed so I could sleep. The food is just OK, nothing special. Most items are not served at the proper temperature. Cold eggs, cold $50 steak, cold roasted potatoes etc... This was very disappointing. This has nothing to do with the property but the people of St. Croix are very very rude. I was told many times that tourists are not welcome. I won't be returning to the hotel or to St. Croix.

Nice layout.. Rooms near beach overpriced. Mini Fridge in room is a micro-micro fridge. No microwave... Golf course and walking trail stunning. Hidden fees were a disappointment at check out Room Tax 60/day and "energy surcharge of 55/day added almost 1 k to the bill...Surprise!!!!

Our room was spacious with amazing view of ocean. The resort offered golf, tennis, walking trail and of course 3 beaches. Best part of this trip was the entire staff at The Buccaneer. Every member of the resort team treated us like royalty!!

I was 5 night and I love it ! Little expensive but I will pay again for the delicious food and the shows

Everyone this is the best resort to stay at in st croix. They never went down during my he hurricane season . The staff is wonderful. The servers at breakfast were very welcoming each and every day . We stayed at the vip villas excellent choice. I will return every year . The staff at the beach were very professional. They all need a raise to keep them. The house cleaners are very good .

Elizabeth is a very good operator of this unique hotel. My family experience was wonderful. It’s managed with attention to detail and the staff showed they were treated well by Management. We chose this hotel because of the family friendly environment. Drawback, restaurant prices were high and service was not like back home, but then again you’re on an island so relax and open your wallet

They refuse to honor 400$ of credit/ gift vouchers I was in titled based on my reservation with orbitz Upon my arrival they made me call orbitz and orbitz representatives made me wait on the phone for sn hour and did not resolve my issue The worst experience I ever had

This was a picture perfect place! The Buccaneer is the most exquisite and perfect resort that we have ever been to..I would highly recommend this property ...it's magical in every way ..
