The host was completely unresponsive to any and all of my messages I sent until it was after the check-in time, ignoring your company’s policy of prompt communication within 24-48hrs. Due to this, I couldn’t find where I was supposed to stay, and once I got a response, could not get a taxi to the location. I ended up just booking a last minute hotel and lost money because I couldn’t cancel my stay. Had I known I was going to receive such poor service I would have cancelled my stay immediately. I highly recommend reviewing this hosts profile and reconsidering their license to host VRBOs.
