Important details not addressed

Bed in my room was like a rock. Awful Sink in by bath wouldn’t drain properly. Tv in living room not working properly. Mgt came, fooled with it to get it working. Four remotes- no instructions. Clearly no concern for guests paying good money for VI vacation . Stayed at another Vrbo last month, same island. Experience was like night and day. Surprised Vrbo didn’t vet this on better 😩😞😡😭
