great environment, tranquil, although parts are derilect and needs upgrade in the old kitchen area.... spectacular view of the mainland and nice beach where the best staff are found .along with the taxi boat drivers.

Property hasn’t been well maintained. Furniture appeared to have water damage, ants, unclean towels and floors with fibers of hair everywhere. Also, the wifi didn’t reach our room and we were on the second floor near the lobby. Beach is ok and has a small casual restaurant and bar.

This is the best beach on the island. Staff is fantastic. The room is very dated, but clean. Will definitely return.

I liked the laidback atmosphere. Very picturesque views. I enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

as laid back as you'd expect on an island off an island in the Caribbean

very nice tranquil location. However upon arrival My booking for room could not be founf on the system by staff at reception, which I booked with orbitz more than a month ago.I was told that it was done by reservations in Wisconsin and not the hotel itself. I tried to explain that there must be someone on site to coordinate availability of rooms on site with reservations and so tesrvations would not have booked me had there not been a room available. I was told that wasn't the case, and reservations operate solo. After about an 45 minuites of calling management and providing my email booking, I was told they still could not find my booking and was offered a two bed room, and then was told they would move someone from a room to accommodate me. Terrible

Booked this trip through Orbitz. Com They never issued a ticket for my friend but took the charged the credit card. Still fighting with them.

Great hotel with private beach, restaurant, and bar. Staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. It was a bit outdated and could use some upgrades but it was still beautiful and a great price!

All around the place to stay. From the staff to the atmosphere, It will keep you coming back.

I stayed at this hotel while on a recent business trip to ST. CROIX. This Hotel was a very nice place to stay and I was able to enjoy downtown restaurants and shopping without having to call a cab. Everything is within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Be sure to enjoy the Tuesday night BBQ and shows. The beaches are nice and the views are fantastic.

At check-in we were surprised by an unadvertised "energy charge" of an additional $24 per night (this was in addition to the tax and resort fee). Nowhere in the information we received was there mention of that charge. I talked with three or four other guests who were also charged the extra $24 per night. Other than that, the hotel had some very nice features--the beach right out our door, the convenience to downtown Christiansted, a partial view of the harbor, the free ferry rides, a clean and very nice room. In spite of all these positive features, the surcharge tainted our overall view of the hotel, The cleaning staff were very nice--it was two out of the three desk staff who were neither helpful nor pleasant. We would definitely stay there again, but we would first ask about the $24 surcharge.

The cleaning staff was awful. The hotel had roaches. The only reason I stayed for seven nights was because I could not get a flight back after the second night.

I stay in this hotel for the second time. And is locate in a Cay. Have a beutiful beach and have a bar that serve food and drinks. Is well locate near the board walk where all night life are. The pool of the hotel need an upgrade. The room was very well clean and dont expect luxury but have a wonderful view in the morning and in the afternoon. In the beach are a rental facilities for acuatic sport and they have a small boat that runs from the Cay to the boardwalk. Is a nice place to have good and fun vacations.

This is the best places to stay at when in dr croix , for a good time

The hotel for the price I get was fantastic, is near the boardwalk where all night activities are. The pool need attention, but the beach is amazing and the bar is there. If you want to ride a Jet ski also is there. The staff was very friendly. I went to work the first 2 days and the last 2 days just to relax and pass a good time. The room have an spectacular view, the air condition works very good. Fabulous for the price I found.

This hotel has a nice's beaches in st Croix ,and if you are in st Croix you need to stay at this hotel , I have been coming back to this place as often as I can
