This beach front condo offers all the luxuries of home with the magnificent view of our sandy beach and turquoise waters. Whether you prefer relaxing on the beach in the breeze of the tropical trade winds or by the poolside with a historic sugar mill.

Sit back and relax on your private balcony and enjoy the warm breeze, sound of the waves and the turquoise waters. Just off the beach are seagrass gardens which is home to sea turtles and juvenile marine life.

Onsite you will find a pool, beautiful beach, resort clubhouse, and tennis courts. WiFi and cable TV keep you connected if you choose.

The condo also has its own private washer and dryer.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary getaway. This place was perfect! Great ocean views, comfy bed and we could smell how clean it was from the moment we arrived. It was convenient to Christiansted and two grocery stores within a mile or so. Beach access with lounge chairs as well. I highly recommended this spot for any couple looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you so much!!

Sugar Beach

We rented a small condo right on the beach. Although the inside space was small, it has a cozy feel to it. We enjoyed the patio space every day, wonderful views and breezes. The condo has air conditioning but we opted to turn it off and leave the sliders open for the breeze. After all we came here for sunshine and fresh air. We would definitely stay here again. Sugar Beach has some regulars and everyone here is super friendly. It is a great community!
