Combine a Christchurch break with space to work in a two-bedroom townhouse for four. A standing desk, 55-inch TV, full kitchen and laundry provide everyday convenience. The home spans three levels, with the living area above the entrance and bedrooms higher up. Stairs are required. Parking nearby is paid.

The townhouse has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and a living area with a 55-inch TV. A standing desk and laundry facilities are provided. The outdoor area is shared rather than private. Stairs lead from the entrance to the living level and then to the upper sleeping level.

Guest access
The entire townhouse is private, while the outdoor area is shared. Stairs are required to reach the living and sleeping areas.

Location and transport
A Tuam Street base for central Christchurch cafés, restaurants and city activities.
There is no free parking included. Nearby public parking is paid; check posted rates and restrictions. Walking and local transport are alternatives for city outings.

Linen, towels and consumables are supplied with limits. Extra linen and towel are available on request (fees apply). As washing linen and towels consumes lots of power and water, we recommend only use what you need to save the world.

The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD$45 +GST per hour.

4: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
5: Switch off all appliances when you are out
6: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
