Nicely renovated in a great location in Cathedral Junction. Easy walk to main attractions in Christchurch. Also close to several restaurants and bars. After hours key pickup was straightforward. Very clean and pretty spacious. Just FYI I prepaid through Expedia but they still sent me an invoice, probably an admin issue more than anything and easily sorted out with an email but just make sure you know whether you have paid or not!

Property itself was great. Communication left alot to be desired. Info to receive keys didnt come till day of as service is sporadic in many places and I'd imagine for any travellers who didnt buy a sim card it would be difficult to get the required information mid trip. Also received an email suggesting payment had not yet been recieved but was paid at time of booking a month in advance? Aside from the comms it was a great room

Fabulous location and the hosts despite not dealing with them face to face, were great. Detailed check in information was perfect and even when I contacted them direct by mobile, they were available. Only things the unit lacked was air conditioning and hanging space! No wardrobe or hooks/ hangers on the wall. Loved the sheets and very comfortable bed! Will certainly use again.

We had a very comfortable stay. Communication from the hosts was excellent. The apartment was very comfy and homely and clean. It was quite warm in the apartment when we stayed so we had the window open at night and could hear traffic noise. We slept well one night but not so well the next. There was a fan but it was also quite noisy. It should also be noted that a washing up bowl etc is provided but as there is no sink in the kitchenette area, you have to use the basin in the bathroom for washing up water. But overall it was a good stay in a convenient location.

When I checked in, I was surprised due to no reception desk. But The location is very good. The my room is very clean and good condition but heating system was working with noise.

Good location

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Very good location. Close to pretty much everything within walking distance. And the communication with the owners was very good and clear. The only downside. Is there were multiple lights that were not working, meaning the room was quite dark at all hours of the day. And they do have daily housekeeping. But what they don’t tell you is that you have to pay extra for it. Around $35 a day.

Comfortable apartment, well equipped. Excellent location, close to the tram and CBD. Having a Nespresso machine was nice, and there is a Nespresso store in Chch (maybe add this to the Compendium? Missing/dead lightbulbs were a definite minus, and so easily fixable.

Convenient Apartments in Central Christchurch

The apartments are in a good location, with good access to nearby restaurants and cafes. Everything in the apartment worked well. It was nice and clean, with all the basic amenities provided. Communication for the check in and key access was clear. Unfortunately no place to store luggage after the 10am check-out, so need to drag your bags around if you have a late afternoon or night flight.

We loved the completely central Christchurch location. So close to some fabulous eateries and bars, and therefore great when you don't have a vehicle. Communication with the property was excellent - fast and very clear which made up for the unusual situation as there is no reception concierge desk. Great place. Thank you.

The accommodation was generally ok. The instructions for access were explicit and easy to follow. What disappointed me was a matter of principle. The advertisement in Hotels.com promises daily housekeeping. However there is NO daily housekeeping unless you're prepared to pay extra. At best this is misleading advertising - really it is dishonest, because you expect the price you are paying to cover the services mentioned on the ad

The apartment was great it was clean and tidy with all you need in it and well situated for all the attractions and resturants with the tram and buses very close you could travel any where you wished the owners where fantastic they all ways kept you informed and were at the end of the phone or email to help you if you required any i will use them again the next time im in christchurch
