When I arrived at the hotel, it turned out there was no room for me. Even though I had paid, the hotel had sold my room to someone else. Please take this into your knowledge when making your reservation. WIFI not working, Breakfast offers only sweets. I do not recommend this place to anyone !!!! Don’t ruin your vacation.

Had a great stay at M Suite! The Staff were Amazing from security, front desk, housekeeping, waiters to shuttle driver! Very helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Mohammed, Redouane and the brunette waitress at the breakfast (my apologies, I did not catch her name, even though she had a name tag on her). I have lived over 20 years abroad with lot of traveling all over the world, and I am happy to see our hotels reach such a great level of customer service. We chose this hotel based on location and reviews and the location is really good, close to the nain street, the metro & the old town. We booked in and as we were tired from the travel the room was ok but in the morning I realised there was no balcony, which i had booked. The room had a fridge, a good size bathroom & bed but we like to sit on the balcony, weather permitting, in the evening after a busy day's sightseeing. No problem, the receptionist changed the room to one with a balcony. The bathroom was smaller but not an issue. No fridge, just an empty space where one had been but not a big deal. Breakfast was simple but there was pastries, eggs, salads, fruit, yoghurt, juice & coffee so no issues with that. The issue for us was there were no chairs on the balcony so we had to drag stuff out of the room to sit down, even though we'd asked for another chair. It was dirty because of pigeon poo that had clearly never been cleaned up, there were 3 air con units on the walls, 1 was ours and 2 were for the next rooms, all of the pipes leaked water onto the floor because they'd come away from the downpipe. Badly maintained & certainly not doing the infrastructure any good either. And the other issue was a leaking toilet that was also siphening all the time, this meant constant water on the tiled floor, again that means water seeping into the building. The shower isn't bad but sometimes became suddenly hot and cold and water escapes all over the floor through door gaps. Could be b

Decent hotel in a nice part of Algiers, plenty of character. The beds were very comfortable and the place was beautifully furnished, with lots of marble. The breakfast was adequate and tasty (excellent coffee!). The only slight weaknesses were on cleanliness (we had to ask them to replace the bath mat) and some items not being well-maintained, eg the phone didn't work and the shower head was leaking. Would return.
