Beautiful house with beautiful surroundings

We had a great stay at the house of Marisa and Paolo. Both were very welcoming, and we spent a perfect week in Chiusdino. The house provided everything we needed for our family of four. From the garden we had a beautiful view towards the hills. And the swimming pool was great to cool down and escape from the summer heat. Chiusdino provides a couple of good restaurants which are all in walking distance. We usually had our morning coffee in the bellavista bar, which rightfully has this name. For a holiday in this area we would definitely book this house again.

Einfach wunderbar!

Marisa und Paolo sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die sich um alles kümmern. Das Haus, der Pool und die traumhafte Aussicht haben uns einen fantastischen Urlaub ermöglicht. Chiusdino ist eine tolle kleine mittelalterliche Stadtzeitung vielen verwunschenen Gässchen, Coop, Bar und Gelateria sowie Restaurants alles fußläufig zu errei abernbedingtvei

Ferienhaus mit Panoramablick aus dem Pool

Wir verbrachten 2 wundervolle Wochen am Rande von Chiusdino. Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, der Garten gepflegt und auch die Gartenmöbel sind neuwertig und bequem. Der Ausblick vom Garten als auch dem Pool ist unbeschreiblich schön und lässt einen sofort entspannen. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, was für uns mit Hund perfekt war. Der Pool ist groß und sauber wo wir viel Zeit verbrachten um uns abzukühlen. Chillen ja, für kleine Kinder eher nicht geeignet (-1*). Chiusdino ist ein kleiner süßer typisch italienischer Ort, wo man zu Fuß alles einkaufen oder Essen gehen kann. Alle dort sind sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Man kann von dort aus sehr gut ans Meer fahren (ca. 1h). An der Merse gibt es einige Badestellen (Brenna) sogar mit Hund wo wir es fast schöner fanden als am Meer. Der Ansprechpartner ist immer verfügbar und trotzdem nicht aufdringlich gewesen. Als wir fragten wo wir Strom-Adapter und Grillkohle bekommen, lag es kurze Zeit später vor unserem Tor!! Vielen Dank für alles und vielleicht kommen wir sogar wieder!

War alles sehr gut ausser die Hundehaltung der Jäger ist schrecklich. Man hat immer wieder das Bellen der Hunde gehört welche mehr als 9 Monate in Käfigen gehalten werden.

Wunderschöne Lage mitten in der Toscana

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gibt wahrscheinlich nur wenige Häuser mit einem derart grandiosen Ausblick. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen; es war aber alles sauber. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Für den Pool war es leider noch etwas zu kalt. Das Dörfchen ist leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt eine sehr gute Pizzeria (mit sehr fairen Preisen) und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, für die man aufgrund der Straßenverhältnisse natürlich etwas Zeit einplanen muss.

Kleines Paradies in einem mittelalterlichen Dorf

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Marisa empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist eine kleine Oase mit Pool. Ein traumhafter Blick auf die Landschaft aus dem Garten und Pool. Das kleine Bergdorf Chiusdino ist einfach süß, die Menschen sehr herzlich und liebevoll. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und sicher gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, so konnten wir viele Tagesausflüge unternehmen. Wir können es wirklich weiter empfehlen und kommen vielleicht mal wieder zu Marisa und Paolo in diese kleine Oase. Schönes Haus mit fantastischem Ausblick

Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend schön. Erholung pur. Paolo und Mercina sind sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es ein tolles Restaurant (La Grotta di Tiburzi), das sehr empfehlenswert ist. Wir hatten leider einige Regentage in unserem 14 tägigen Osterurlaub, wofür natürlich niemand etwas kann. Und wir haben die Entfernungen zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana total unterschätzt. So sind für die Besichtigungen der wunderschönen Städte Siena, Pisa, Florenz, Volterra, San Gimignano, Arezzo und Montepulciano über 1.000 KM mit dem Auto zusammengekommen - auf vielen sehr serpentinenreichen Landstrassen in schlechtem baulichen Zustand.

Liebevoll gestaltetes Domizil inTraumlage

Ziemlich weit oben gelegen direkt unter dem kleinen und pittoresken Ort Chiusdino liegt das Haus mit Garten, Pool und Infrarotsauna. Im Inneren wird alles geboten vor allem für die Küche😉), was für einen perfekten Aufenthalt wichtig ist. Auch ein Grill und das nötige Equipment sind vorhanden. Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich, auch aus der Sauna, die Menschen freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Vermieter unkompliziert, immer ansprechbar per Chat oder Mobiltelwfon und sehr freundlich. Für uns ein Platz zum Wiederkommen.

Rundum gelungener Urlaub

Wunderschönes Häuschen

Der Aufenthalt in Marisas und Paolos Häuschen mit dem tollen Garten und Poolbereich war wunderschön. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick über die Hügel der Toskana und kann zu Fuß in den Ort laufen. Siena, Volterra und auch andere Orte sind schnell zu erreichen.Bis hoffentlich ganz bald wieder.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Chiusdino

Wir haben das Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Chiusdino ist eine nette Kleinstadt, in der man zu Fuß alles Notwendige einkaufen kann um anschließend gemütlich draußen zu frühstücken. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Gastgeber Marisa und Paolo super nett und die Lage hervorragend geeignet für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung. Wenn es uns zu warm wurde, haben wir uns gerne im Pool abgekühlt und die herrliche Aussicht genossen. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter und würden sie wieder buchen.

Sehr schönes Häuschen

Es ist eine super Aussicht,Haus liegt für sich lan einem schönen Dorf mit Bäcker, Geschäften und Restaurants. Wir haben uns gut erholt und zu den großen Städten nicht weit weg. Zum Strand fährt man schon 50 Minuten. Unser Vermieter hat immer den Pool gereinigt.Aussicht klasse beim schwimmen.

Perfekter Urlaub

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig unterhalb der Stadtmauer mit traumhaftem Blick in die Landschaft. Haus, Garten und Sauna sehr sauber und gepflegt. Den schönen Pool konnten wir leider noch nicht nutzen. Alle Fenster hatten Fliegenschutzgitter. Sehr angenehm war der Pelletofen, der an den kühlen Tagen für Wärme sorgte. In Chiusdino gibt es einige Restaurant und kleine Geschäfte, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ist ein Auto nötig. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, danke an die Vermieter Paolo und Marisa.

Prachtige locatie

Het verblijf op deze accomodatie was geweldig! Wat een mooi uitzicht en een zeer net appartement! De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Chiusdino is een verborgen parel in Toscane. Een aanrader voor iedereen die van rust en natuur houdt. Het zwembad en de sauna zorgden voor heerlijke ontspanning tijdens ons verblijf. We keren hier graag weer eens terug!

Einfach nur klasse

Das Objekt liegt in herrlicher Lage in Chiusdino mit phantastischem Blick ins Tal. Es ist typisch toskanisch eingerichtet. Wer den absoluten Luxus sucht, ist hier fehl am Platze. Wer einen symathischen Vermieter sucht, der immer für einen da ist, hat mit Paolo den richtigen gefunden. Wir waren mit der Unterkunft und der Lage sehr zufrieden. Fahrzeug absolut notwendig. Und noch erwähnenswert die tolle Matratze. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Buiten geweldig, binnen matig

Kies dit echt voor de ligging en het buitengebeuren (minstens zo mooi als op de foto's), want het huisje zelf vonden we tegenvallen. Keuken/zitkamer oogde heel anders op de foto's: nogal klein, en op de bank was niet te zitten (meteen rugpijn). De brandende haard die je op de foto's ziet bleek niet te werken. Bed in 2-pers slk was erg hard. Dus hopen op mooi weer, zodat je niet binnen hoeft te zitten! De (tijger)muggen zijn trouwens wel echt een probleem, en de horren voor de ramen zijn nog steeds oud en versleten. Beetje jammer...

Toller Blick

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Chiusdino. Wunderschöner Blick vom Haus/Garten über die Hügel der Toskana. Super, der große Pool - vor allem bei der Sommerwärme. Mit Kindern top. Prima auch, dass das ganze Grundstück eingezäunt ist, so kann der Hund nicht fortlaufen. Parken auf dem Grundstück möglich, was auch sehr angenehm ist. Haus sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schön wäre es, wenn einige Insektengitter erneuert werden könnten. Nette, freundliche Vermieter. Haus-/Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Im Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man für den Alltag alles bekommt.

Die Lage dieses Ferienhauses ist traumhaft. Zusammen mit dem großen Pool, haben wir den Meerblick absolut nicht vermisst. Zum abschalten genau das richtige In Chiusdino bekommt man alles, was man so braucht. Man kann hier das Auto auch mal stehen lassen...
