Blocks from Longyear lake, with a park and walking path around the lake, disc golf, the very popular Redhead bike trail just across town (2 min away) , snowmobile trails blocks away, fishing/swimming lakes close such as McCarthy Beach State Park.
This home boasts an open concept living area with some "unique" touches.
