The open-plan living space features a stunning glazed gable end with panoramic views, while outside, a private hot tub offers the perfect spot to unwind in tranquil countryside.



The Space:

Hiron's Piece, accommodating up to eight guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms, is a meticulously converted country home, thoughtfully restored to blend tranquillity with comfort. Exposed timbers, expansive windows, and sumptuous, intricate furnishings create a light, airy, and sophisticated atmosphere. Set amidst serene countryside, this exquisite retreat offers panoramic views, providing the perfect escape.



Upon entering, guests are welcomed into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area—the vibrant heart of the home—ideal for groups of family or friends to gather, socialise, and unwind. Underfloor heating throughout ensures warmth and cosiness during the cooler months, while high ceilings, tall windows, and expansive wooden beams maintain a sense of space and natural light.



The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for any culinary endeavour, featuring a range cooker, wine cooler, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and utensils—perfect for preparing hearty meals after a day of countryside exploration.



Adjacent to the main living space is a second, more intimate living area tucked at the rear of the house, boasting original flagstone flooring and an open fireplace. Elegantly furnished, this room is perfect for curling up with a book or a hot drink, while still spacious enough for evening games or socialising, offering an ideal balance of togetherness and private retreat.



The ground floor also hosts a luxurious double bedroom with an en suite shower room, as well as a convenient separate W/C off the main living/dining area.



Upstairs, three further bedrooms await, each exquisitely decorated and complete with en suite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and flexibility for all guests. Two of these bedrooms feature zip-and-link beds, which can be configured as either kingsize or twin beds, accommodating a variety of group arrangements.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private south-facing garden with a comfortable seating area, perfect for al fresco dining during long summer evenings. For added indulgence, the garden also features a hot tub, providing the perfect spot to relax and soak in the peaceful surroundings at any time of year.



A gravelled circular driveway leads to the front of the property, offering convenient pull-up access, with parking available for up to two cars beside the house and additional space for up to four cars before reaching the property.

Chipping Campden holds a unique historical tradition, having hosted its own Olympic Games since as far back as 1612. The town serves as an endpoint for the famous Cotswold Way, a 102-mile-long distance footpath known for its stunning natural beauty.



Dover’s Hill, Hidcote Manor and Broadway Tower and Park are excellent for long or short walks, picnics and generally enjoying the natural beauty of the area and creating a memorable day out.
