In a lovely rural setting with far reaching views over rolling countryside, this attractive Grade II listed detached cottage makes a cosy and very comfortable holiday base. Set near the owners’ home on their working farm, it lies within a short drive of the historic city of Bath. Walking through wild flowers meadows, the Avebury Stone Circle, Castle Combe (reputed to be England’s prettiest village), Lacock Abbey, Longleat Safari Park, Bradford-on-Avon’s many antique shops and Swindon’s steam museum and outlet shopping are just some of the area’s many delights. Shop 1 mile, pub serving food 0.25 miles.

A lovely stay at the Brewhouse

Lovely cottage, lovely owners, very poor website. Only managed to contact the owners for the key via facebook, despite trying to message the property managers at homeaway and cottages.com.
