Jean-Claude was wonderful from start to finish. He greeted us personally at the villa upon our arrival and graciously allowed us to check in early so our family could enjoy the pool while the property was being prepared. That small act of hospitality made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The villa itself is beautiful. We especially loved the pool, and the magnificent stone façade gives the home so much character and charm. Jean-Claude also went out of his way to bring us charcoal so we could grill, a thoughtful gesture that was greatly appreciated. Throughout our stay, he was proactive, responsive, and always happy to help with any questions we had. We had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you for your generous hospitality!
