Beautiful, newly built home located on a quiet lane in the Richard's Landing Community. Enjoy great views looking down the canal toward Oyster Bay and relaxing outdoor living on the expansive decks and screened porch. Tasteful, beachy decor creates a serene atmosphere, and no expenses have been spared for your vacation enjoyment. The reverse floor plan provides fantastic water views from the second-floor main living areas.
The first floor features a primary bedroom with a king bed, private full bath with walk-in shower, and access to the lower deck. A second bedroom has a queen bed with deck access, while a third bedroom offers a pyramid bunk (twin over full). A private den provides an additional sleeping area with a queen sleeper sofa. A fully equipped laundry room and an adjoining shared full bath with tub/shower combo completes this level. The thoughtful coffee bar includes a Keurig maker and beverage fridge.
The second floor features the living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a half bath. The fourth bedroom, a second primary, has a king bed with a private full bathroom and walk-in shower.
