Hello everyone A brief post about the Casa andina hotel which was remodeled some years ago- is cozy and open. The restaurant is good enough, on weekends is busy and crowdy- busy for me. Service is good ++ and rooms are ok. Very convenient and Well localed
I have stayed at this property for the last several years and the quality of service has always been excellent. The property itself is well kept, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The food quality is good. I will recommend this property above any other in Chincha.
My husband, baby son and I stayed here along with my in-laws who had a separate room in the resort. We had a fantastic stay and wished we had booked to stay longer. Excellent car park facilities. Entrance area is lovely - clean, modern and very inviting. Grounds within the complex are beautiful with a large pool and surround, garden areas, and play areas. They were well tended and we regularly saw gardeners and cleaners looking after the site. The rooms are more like small apartments than bedrooms. They are beautiful, comfortable, clean, and fully equipped with TV, mini fridge, air con, toiletries and towels. Staff are very helpful and didn't mind that I had to speak in English. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of good quality items. There are great facilities at the hotel and the pool is wonderful. Clean towels are in boxes around the pool side. The mall across the road was useful (once you get across). Location is perhaps not ideal and there is not much to do in Chincha but as a relaxing hotel this is a great place. Price was very reasonable for our stay here. Only issue was the wifi wasn't great if you use the public free one - not sure about the paid version.
So many good things to say about this place... the staff, the Green areas, the swimming pool (even the extra ones for the little ones that my son loved) the playground... we had a blast at this hotel... regretted only staying there one night. The breakfast was very good as well. Perhaps the only thing against would be the location (next the the noisy panamericana sur) but that didn't bother us that much... I would suggest to speak to your local council to place a traffic lights on the crossing for the megaplaza mall (would be helpful) Definitivamente un gana lugar todo bien, la atención, el lugar, las áreas verdes, las piscinas y demás..
The hotel is very nice, very clean. We enjoyed the pool area since we were traveling with our toddler son. The hotel seems to be family friendly. The breakfast is simple but good quality food, I was not expecting anything more than that since the price is reasonable. One bad thing is the location, there is no way you can take a walk around. the main highway is a few meters away from the hotel. Altough, if I would visit the city again, definitely stay here again.
Casa Andina exceeded expectations! It's bright, clean, modern and spacious. It has courteous staff, a large & clean swimming pool with deck chairs and tables,, comfortable clean rooms with a safe and RFID access cards, a nice restaurant with a varied and reasonably priced menu and a modest but well-rounded breakfast buffet included. The WiFi is free and fast in the lobby, restaurant & pool deck. There is an extra cost for in-room wifi. The only downside I found in the hotel was that some rooms are very close to the busy PanAmerican freeway so open windows means traffic noise. Otherwise a great hotel choice in Chinca!
Having driven all day from Nasca, we were definitely looking forward to staying in a nice clean hotel with all the amenities we had given up in Nasca. This place was hard to find as the only address was the km marker. We had to stop three times to ask for directions but eventually found it. Chincha Alta is a noisy, busy, dirty city with non-stop traffic all day and night, but once we were through the front gates of the hotel we completely forgot about it. Casa Andina is a very modern hotel with a spacious lobby and friendly staff. Check-in was fast and there was ample parking for our car. They provide strange looking shopping carts so you can transport your luggage to your rooms, most of which are centred around a large pool. The room we had was incredibly big, but spartan with a lot of empty space. The desk in the room did not have ample lighting, but the washroom was quite large (shower only) and the entire room was very clean. No room service but they do have a nice restaurant and a selection of snacks and drinks in the front lobby. I used the complimentary business centre to print our boarding passes. During the day and especially at night you will hear the outside traffic while around the pool though the rooms were pretty much sound proofed and I could hardly hear it at all. A nice, big, varied breakfast buffet was included in the room price. There were two options for wi-fi, the free one did not have coverage all around the hotel - so splurge the $5 for the paid one. Definitely the best hotel to stay at for miles and miles!! Highly Recommended!!!
Hotel is very new and modern.. well set out grounds and huge swimming pool. The only downturn is the main road behind. as it is the pacific coast highway it is very noisy. None the least great complex.in park like surrounds.. way more than a 3 star in setup. Rooms are very functional and well set out. The only downside is the opportunities to eat outside the complex. There is a mall across the road and has a food court. Other than that Nada. Still cant have everything. A good stop over option. easy to find.
I stayed at this hotel which was set up like a resort hotel with game areas and large swimming pool and sidewalks taking guests to room spread across the property. Because of the spacing the rooms were pretty quiet atleast mine was away from the pool area. The breakfast was nice. The hotel is located directly across the street from a shopping center, grocery store and movie theater but it is very dangerous getting across the street due to the heavy traffic on the small road that routes all the traffic from the town and PanAmerican highway through it. The hotel beds were comfortable and there is a refrigerator and room safe. The only problem I had was with all the flies in my room. I had close to 15 the first day and 5-10 on subsequent days even after I killed them the day before. The town itself is a very poor, depressed, and dusty town. The sun Is very hot here so sunscreen is an absolute must!
We determined that we needed R&R more than a sightseeing experience after two very intense weeks. Therefore, we three North Americans headed for Chincha and were not disappointed. The resort is absolutely lovely! The pool is huge, warm, and most inviting. There is a game area that includes pool, foos ball, ping pong, and more. There is also an area with play equipment for younger children. The grounds are immaculately kept. Everything was clean and well kept.
