They use gray towels so you dont see stains. When you arrive, the room is always super hot or super cold depending on the weather outside because they don't leave any unit on to keep it comfortable. They don't have anything for breakfast. Besides coffee, they don't have any vending machines. The beds are horrible and uncomfortable

There are simples repairs that need to be made. Our door jamb was held in with painters tape. The biggest issue was them trying to come into our room at 9:30 am when check-out wasn't until 11! I'm glad we had the latch engaged!! The hotel wasn't busy at all so it should not have been difficult to see which guests were still in their rooms.

Nice little small-town hotel! Best in Carrollton MO! (trust me on that!) Also 'way better than any Motel 6 I've been in lately. I mostly stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels, not Motel 6, but sometimes ya gotta take what's available. I've stayed here before, but not for maybe 8-10 years? I would say not quite as good as HI-X but nice, clean, more modern design than the 'other' place in town and convenient for visiting my in-laws family farm nearby. Funeral service this time, unfortunately. But at 91, she had a long and good life. I was sorry I didn't realize I had absolutely no cash and couldn't leave a tip for the maid. Apologies to the staff.
