In tiger palace resort I met an excellent staff in casino name "Miss Deepa Pariyaar" and Savitri Kunwar slot attendent .Her Behaviour and service is too good.I specially thank Deepa Pariyaar for wonderful service.
Excellent property to stay and try your luck in Casino as well while you are travelling to Nepal. Located just Bhairahawa just after crossing Sonauli border, it is the perfect place to stay overnight and relax before you start climbing up to explore the Nepal beauty. Property is well spread and have a big pool if you like to swim.

I regularly visit Tiger palace. It's so nice and friendly environment. Customer service is so good here. They are so friendly here in tiger palace. Specially manju gyawali, Soni rijal ,Ranjita khadka and Abeena Gurung are so polite and friendly in nature. And they are always here to help the customer feel like home. I just love to come here in tiger palace.
Iâm writing this review today after staying here last week during my trip round Nepal with my family and my partner. In short, the rooms were brilliant. Very modern and comfortable. Hard to fault. The resort and restaurant was also fantastic. Great food and service in a really beautiful setting. The main part of my review has to focus on what happened after our stay: Upon reaching pokhara after a 6 hour car journey, my partner realised she had left 3 small bags (in the bathroom we believe) full of expensive make-up, perfume and important medication. I decided to email the hotel on the off chance (expecting it to be a lost cause), however they replied extremely quickly to help organise returning the items to me. They explained their courier service would be too slow, but they could send by air freight for me to collect at pokhara airport. They rang me numerous times over the two days it took to orchestrate this to explain what was happening and keep me informed of all the relevant details (the interactions were extremely helpful, friendly and professional). To top things off, they even waived any fee so I had to pay nothing for these items too be sent (despite substantial effort on their part to get it packaged, taken to the airport and sent). Two days after we left I was able to collect my items (made easy by their instructions). I feel immensely grateful for the help they provided - it really was invaluable having those items returned. In light of this, I would recommend this hotel as highly as is possible and would definitely stay again the next time I visit Nepal. Dr. Tait-Bailey
Lovely clean and modern hotel bt what blew me away was their customer service. My sons girlfriend left behind a make up bag with a lot f expensive make up and after contacting them they arranged to send it by plane to Pokhara (our next stop) for us to collect at non cost - incredibly customer service it blew us away and made one young lady very happy!
There are a multitude of places in Nepal that you can take some much needed rest and recreation but none so far have matched my experience at this Australian brand resort facility. From its clean line architecture that blends well with vast compound setting far from the main highway, to the sincere intent of the all-Nepali staff to please their guests, the very well-appointed rooms, the expansive lagoon pool, the Cabana and Ramro Chowk restaurants and the availability of the casino for foreigners, this facility is A+. Yes, this is not a faultless review but whatever fault one may find it is somehow compensated with something else. For example, when we arrived at 2 pm for our check-in, our suite was not ready due to full occupancy the night before. The front desk manager placed us temporarily to a Deluxe King Room. 3 hours later the suite wasn’t quite ready and as I made my way to speak with the manager again, to compensate for this inconvenience, we were given a late checkout option which we took on our last day. That was a good compromise I must admit. Operational improvements are necessary though. The suite has a direct pool access which was a delight for all of us including our 2-year old fearless boy who was ready to jump into the pool anytime! The amenities are plenty and the one I love in particular is having the quality iron/ironing board inside the cabinets (this is a room essential for me), and hairdryer too. The sofa was very comfortable and the extra bed had quality mattress as well. Satellite channels are wide-ranging on a large LED tv. Saying no further, this is a MUST try in Nepal. The price range is $$$ (and can go higher) which is beyond the local public’s affordability but a 3days-2nights experience is a minimum take in this facility. I would love to come back. As usual, I recommend tipping the room cleaning staff tandem as always. As foreigners, meet them (they are our Nepali hosts as well) and address them by their names because that is an encouraging gesture.
