"The oldest room i have ever stayed in! They don’t even having non smoking rooms as an option. Toilet overflowed first use. The bed was laying on boards. The room we were placed in did not look what was on their site. "

And it was also completely self serve. We didn't see or speak to another person for the entire time we were there although the option for help was there if we had required it.
