Perfect for family reunions, large family vacations, work crews, bridal and groom lodging, or company/ ministry staff retreat. The property is nestled in a calm water slough of the Coosa River (Lay Lake) in Childersburg, AL. The home features a kitchen, dinette, dining room, living room, family room, laundry room, 3 bedrooms and Master Suite. The property offers a large carport, ample parking, fishing/swimming dock, kayak rental available, large covered deck with lots of seating, uncovered deck to catch some sunrays, and a large open waterfront field. The field can be used for family field games, team building activities, and can even rent tents to host your wedding ceremony and reception.
It is a little bit rural, yet close to Publix, Walmart, Home Depot and many restaurants all within a 30 minute drive. Walmart delivery and DoorDash are available. You will also have access to free StarLink WiFi, flat screens with AppleTVs and Rokus.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and has a washing machine and an ironing board. The vacation home also includes a hair dryer.
