Typical HIE site. Very consistent with room amenities, services and breakfast choices. This is a newer facility so everything is in good condition.
New property was nice. I would stay again.
Great stay with comfortable beds and nicely quiet. Breakfast was great and staff members were caring. Overall I highly recommend.
Hotel was clean. we noticed the bathrooms smell of mildew which I’m pretty sure is from the bathroom doors unable to stay open and no fan to run so moisture stays in there. Doors could be updated. otherwise nice accommodations
Great fast food location. Safe parking.
Unique- Frosters Freeze a few blocks away. A rare find. Price was high for the area.
Pros: Property recently remodeled, bed/pillow very comfortable, quiet, clean, black-out shades, roomy room, excellent customer service from front desk and breakfast crew. Cons: At this time don't expect much of anything to be as good as it was before the virus, but the breakfast was good enough to get you going with something in your stomach. I have stayed at the Express Inns before and the breakfasts are usually pretty good with hot food and more of a variety. They had just resumed serving breakfast at this Inn (since the virus started) and, although the staff serving it were very helpful and cheerful, the food was just okay--I believe due to limited facilities and the fact that they had to make up your food plate for you rather than the buffet style of serving I am used to, which means food cools off quicker and not as much variety. BUT...the staff were great and the food nourished our bodies (muffin, yogurt, egss, etc.) and got us on the road. I would definitely stay there again.
Duty blankets No one was at the front desk when we arrived. We waited about 20 minutes. I even had to call them while I was standing in the front desk, but no One answer.
After I booked an paid for the room the lady at the front desk told me that I couldn’t stay because I wasn’t on a work related trip I still haven’t received my refund
This is a convenient stop along my route. There is not much in town to see though.
Friendly staff. Clean and quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast every day. Very enjoyable experience for my husband and I
I like the little make up towel on the sink and they provided a really nice shampoo and conditioner and soap in the shower
Well maintained facility with modern amenities. A well laid out breakfast bar.
There was trash in our room & the a/c didn’t work very well
