Villa Pura Vida in Chiclana

The chalet has capacity for 6 people, and is located in a quiet area. It features gardens, swimming pool, fireplace, centralised air conditioning throughout the house and parking for 4 vehicles. It has a portable barbecue. The house has three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 and a full ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub. The two other bedrooms have two beds of 0.90 each. Outside there is another full bathroom with a shower.



Living room - dining room with Smart TV, sofa and dining area, and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware...etc and has access to the garden. Outside of the house there is a garden area with a swimming pool, a storage room and parking for several spaces.



The villa is located in a quiet area in Chiclana, with minimum noise, where you can enjoy the tranquility. You are only 7.3 km from the old town of Chiclana (15 minutes but car), where you can find all bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc... And only 10.3 km from La Barrosa beach (17 minutes but car), as well as being close to other beautiful and well-known beaches such as Sancti Petri Beach, Camposoto Beach, Puerco Beach, Fontanilla Beach....etc. All ideal to enjoy the sun or water sports. The accommodation is also close to golf courses, go-kart circuit, or marina.



20.8 km from Cádiz, 42.10 km from Jerez or 39.10 km from El Puerto de Santa María. Sights and activities in the area are the Plaza Mayor, the Arquillo del Reloj, the Ermita de Santa Ana or a boat trip to the islet of Sancti Petri.

It is located in a quiet area, and no noise. Just 3 km from the old town of Chiclana, and therefore very close to all kinds of establishments, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, ... etc..

Magnífica estancia.

Pasamos una semana magnífica por un precio razonable; casi podría decirse que barato. El dueño nos esperó a la llegada y nos explicó todo lo necesario: ubicación de los mejores restaurantes cercanos, lugares de interés, playas, supermercados, panaderías… La casa es cómoda para seis personas. Está perfectamente comunicada por carretera. Bien surtida de sábanas, toallas, platos, vasos, menaje de cocina; lavadora, lavavajillas (que, por cierto, no lava demasiado bien), horno, barbacoa, etcétera. La piscina es bastante grande y está limpia. Tiene aire acondicionado central, lo cual es un alivio en verano. En definitiva, es un alojamiento muy recomendable. Le doy 5 estrellas.
