Villa Mari Carmen, with pool and BBQ

Holiday villa with private pool only 6 minutes drive from the beach. You can swim in the pool all year round and take advantage of a barbecue in the garden. The villa has two bedrooms and can sleep up to five people. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, ideal for one person. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The set up of the accommodation is completed with a bathroom with bathtub. Outside there is a garden with fruit trees, a porch and a picnic area with barbecue next to the swimming pool.

The apartment is located in a quiet area of Chiclana de la Frontera, yet you can get to the beach quickly by car. Alternatively, you can take the bus to the beach as well as to the city centre, since there is a bus stop next to the accommodation.

Everything was perfect. The house is clean and nicely decorated and the outdoor space is even better. The private pool and the huge grass area is beautiful and well kept. You really can’t ask for more. The hosts are also amazing. We had some car troubles and they sorted it for us. Thanks Juan!!! Highly recommended. Can’t fault anything!

Das Haus ist Rustikal, aber alles in allem Gut.Morgens hört man leider den Autoverkehr, aber das nur zur Rushhour. Das Internet war bei unserem Aufenthalt leider nicht das schnellste.Man kann schön auf dem Hof und der kleinen überdachten Terrasse sitzen und den Morgen begrüßen oder den Tag ausklingen lassen.Im ganzen waren wir doch zufrieden.

Keine Klimaanlage, Abortfliegen, Dusche funktionierte nicht richtig

Das Haus ist an sich schön, die Lage ist gut und Umgebung sehr sehr schön. Juan und Mari Carmen sind auch sehr nett und ab sich hilfsbereit. Aber: als wir am Haus angekommen sind, war dass ganze Haus voller kleiner Fliegen. Wir haben gegoogelt und herausgefunden dass das Abortfliegen sind, die häufig aus der Toilette oder anderen Abflussrohren kommen und Bakterien und Viren übertragen können. Juan und Mari Carmen haben das nicht sehr Ernst genommen und uns ein Insektenspray gegeben. Nach dem ersten Tag haben wir doe Badezimmertür geschlossen gehalten. Hier hat es aber immer wieder von neuen Fliegen gewimmelt, egal wie oft wir die Alten vernichtet haben. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt und sind früher abgereist. Ansonsten gibt es keine Klimaanlage wie in dem Wohnungssteckbrief beschrieben, das Sofa ist sehr durchgesessen, einige Stühle waren kaputt oder wackelig und die Dusche funktionierte nicht richtig. Es muss nicht alles perfekt sein aber für den Preis des Hauses erwarten wir, dass die Beschreibung korrekt ist, die Dinge funktionieren und es nicht von Ungeziefer wimmelt. Wir wollen im Urlaub nicht nur Probleme lösen und an die Vermieterinnen melden sondern eine entspannte Zeit haben.

Haus Chiclana

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es daher gerne weiter. Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre aber, das Schlafzimmer mit einem größeren Bett auszustatten - das ist für 2 Erwachsene recht schmal. Die Matratze ist ein wenig hart. Auflagen/Polster für die Sonnenliegen wären auch gut.

Anfitriones magníficos tanto Carmen como Juan. Si por las fotos el lugar es muy atractivo, una vez que lo ves en persona supera incluso las expectativas. El interior, aún estando muy bien, es susceptible de alguna mejora.

Estupendo!

Nos ha encantado la casa. Muchísimo jardín que rodea toda la casa para que juegue el niño y el perro. La piscina es perfecta de tamaño. Y la barbacoa totalmente equipada. Gracias a los dueños por sus facilidades tanto para entregarnos la llave como para la hora de salida. Un 10!

Trop cher pour ce que c'est et en plus 200€ de caution c'est abusé pour cette location sans valeur mobilière. Vous pensez qu'on va voler la tête de mort. Pensez à mettre du chauffage car il fait très froid par mauvais temps et la nuit.
