Outdoors you will be able to enjoy the private chlorine pool, 4 metres long and 2 metres wide, perfectly fenced for the safety of the little ones. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. There is also a fixed barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals in the open air and enjoy pleasant evenings with your companions.

The interior is distributed on a single floor, offering a main space where the kitchen, dining room and living room are combined in an open and functional environment. The ceramic hob kitchen has all the necessary utensils for you to cook like at home. The living room has air conditioning and Smart TV. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedrooms are designed to provide a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom has a double bed, AC and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed for two, ideal for children or friends. If you are travelling with your baby we can also provide a cot and highchair. The bathroom with shower completes your stay.

The location is unbeatable as it is only a five minute drive to the centre of Chiclana where you can find all the services you can imagine such as shops, bars and restaurants and you can also stroll through the streets enjoying the beauty of the area.
