Villa with private pool, air conditioning, Wifi and capacity for up to 8 people. The house is located in the Cerro Molino area, very close to the well-known Popeye Restaurant.
Two-storey villa with four bedrooms, one with double bed, one with 3 single beds, the third with a bunk bed. The last bedroom is on the ground floor and has a bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom. There are three bathrooms, one on each floor, and one en-suite bathroom. Downstairs you will find the lounge room and kitchen.
La Barrosa and Sancti Petri beaches are close by. There is a small supermarket within walking distance. Mercadona and Lidl are less than five minutes by car away. The villa is situated in a very quiet area, and you can take a walk in the marshes, just across the main road. This accommodation does NOT allow pets. Swimming pool available all year.

Abgewohnt und ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen
Das Haus war voll gestopft mit Möbeln und ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Die Elektrik ist uralt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Eines der Bäder hat stark gestunken. Insgesamt ein eher ungemütliches Haus und allenfalls für schönes warmes Sommerwetter geeignet. Wir hatten schon einige Häuser in Chiclana. Dieses Haus war aber das bisher schlechteste. Stark abgenutzt, wackelige Stühle, ein wackliger Tisch draußen und eine alte Waschmaschine, die nicht immer funktioniert. Positiv war nur die Agentur, die das Haus betreut hat. Das Haus war sauber geputzt und die Agentur war immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn Hilfe notwendig war.

El chalet esta muy bien. Es grande y espacioso, sin embargo no hay mosquiteras en las ventanas siendo necesarias por la noche. Y sobre todo hay que solucionar urgentemente el problema de los malos olores del saneamiento, ya que si cierras las ventanas son insoportables.
