Welcome to Ivy Villa! This family-friendly, clean, and beautifully decorated home is a great landing spot for relaxation and quality time together. With an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, you will feel completely at home in this warm and inviting environment. The spacious, flat and fenced in backyard has a fire pit and gas grill with plenty of seating for your whole group. This stylish 3-bedroom home is located just 3 minutes from Downtown Chickamauga and 25 minutes from downtown Chattanooga!
Our Favorite Things About This Home:
This lovely 3 bedroom property features a Smart TV in each room, cozy and updated furnishings, and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac! The whole home accommodates up to six guests. This home is very family and child friendly and a pack n play is provided for your convenience! Enjoy outdoor time on the lovely front porch, or in the private fully fenced in backyard with ample seating, gas grill, and fire pit.

As you enter the home, you will be welcomed by a beautifully decorated open concept living room, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the major cooking appliances, plenty of counter space, and medium roast coffee for your stay. Enjoy either barstool seating or dine at the table together! The backyard is accessed just off the kitchen area. The Master bedroom features a King sized bed and Smart TV, as well as a master bathroom featuring a large walk-in dual shower as well as a double-sink vanity. The other two bedrooms both have Queen sized beds and Smart TVs for your use as well. A second bathroom is accessible just off the kitchen and living area. You will find a laundry room just off the dining area.

White House on the Hill
Very clean, new, cozy, house for 4 adults. Very quiet.Would have been nice to have more towels and wash cloths. Four adults stayed four nights and had to shower occasionally. :-) We brought our own so we wouldn't have to be doing laundry every day. Also, some lighter weight cutlery and dishes for older, weaker hands-and young, weak hands also.

Battlefield Tourists
Three of us coming to the Chickamauga, and Chattanooga National Battlefields. The Ivy Villa was located close to the Chicamauga Park, and convenient to Lookout Mountain and Missionary Ridge. The amenities were fine. The house was comfortable, and the back yard was just right for sitting around after a day of touring.The staff helped me through a communication problem during the stay. They were great. They helped make the trip a very successful one.

The house was perfect! They had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable. They even put up a cute little Christmas tree since it’s the holidays. We loved it and will rent here again.
