Little Crossways is situated in the small Hamlet of Strettington a beautiful rural area surrounded by open farmland close to the foot of the South Downs and on the edge of the Goodwood Estate. This one bedroom annex is well appointed and also near to the Cathedral City of Chichester which offers a wide range of amenities.
The annex itself offers an open-plan kitchen and dining area with double doors providing a light and airy feel. This theme is followed through to the living room with its large bay window and comfy sofas. The kitchen area is well equipped and includes a kettle, built in cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and toaster.
The bedroom provides a double bed and the bathroom has both a walk in shower and bath tub. Infants are welcome as a cot is available. The garden area is not enclosed but open for use.

Comfortable, clean and well equipped.

Very comfortable. Large well equipped kitchen. More spacious than we were expecting from the photographs. Although close to the main house, the annex is designed in a way that gives it its own privacy. The patio, while part of the larger garden, feels like the annex's private space. Car parking on site. Quiet, rural location but only a short drive from supermarkets and Chichester. Excellent location for visiting West Sussex attractions. Warm welcome from Wendie, and then left alone to enjoy the holiday, although always on hand for any queries.

Home from home!

Little Crossways was like being at home, well equipped, quiet, warm and had a nice view of the garden. We slept well in the very comfortable bed as there was no traffic noise. Wendie was the perfect host, friendly, accommodating and provided a very good quality welcome hamper. We will come back when visiting family again.

Little Crossway was an excellent base for exploring this beautiful part of Sussex. The accommodation was very well kept, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed plus some much appreciated extras in the form of a welcome hamper and toiletries. Wendie, the owner was very welcoming and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend this property.

Caught out and homeless!

We sold our house but our sale fell through, suddenly we were homeless!! Little Crossways came to our rescue - we could not have been more welcomed, comfortable and warm. Great to get a holiday in our time of crisis and a landlady who goes the extra mile to ensure everything is top notch, thanks Wendie.

A lovely place to stay

A perfect place to stay while exploring the local area. It has everything you need, large kitchen, bath and shower, nice sitting room with TV and dvd player, very comfy bed and a garden with patio as well, so all in all a great place. Also the welcome pack of bread, biscuits, wine, orange juice, milk and butter is a nice touch. I have already booked it again for next year.
