Elm Lodge - a lodge/cabin that sleeps 3 guests in 1 bedroom

Elm Lodge is one of two lodges located in the grounds of a retreat centre on the edge of the beautiful harbour side village of Bosham on Chichester Harbour. The lodges are set in tranquil gardens which are lovely to explore with many natural wild areas, and there is seating in various parts of the garden where you may simply enjoy the peace.

Whilst the lodges are operated independently, the retreat centre offers a wide range of activities which you are very welcome to join should you be interested. Details may be obtained on its website www.greendoorcentre.com.

There is ample free parking in the lower or upper carparks.

Entering the lodge through the gardens, you are greeted by a light and airy living room, comfortably furnished with a smart TV. The sitting room couch is a sofa bed and is available for one guest. There are double doors opening onto a decked patio area. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and cafetière.

The bedroom has a super king bed which can be split into two singles by request at the time of booking. There is also a further wall mounted smart TV. The hosts provide quality bedding to make your nights as comfortable as possible.

The bathroom has a shower over bath.

An ideal location for us visiting family and friends in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Elm Lodge, in particular its situation in a peaceful, wooded area where we were able to watch spring unfold and observe many varieties of birds. The lodge was clean, comfortable and well equipped and in a great location for visiting Bosham and the surrounding area. This was our second visit and we will be returning!

Peace and quiet

Our 3rd stay, all aspects of Elm Lodge and the location were excellent as always. We will use this venue for future breaks but next time we will take precautions against the possibility of insect bites in this lovely and picturesque location.
