In love with Chicago!

Perfect location for us and easy to find. Assigned parking spot is a plus so car is off the street. Very close to super target for food and necessities. Coin laundry available but plenty of towels and linens available. Key code locks on building door and unit door so very secure and no keys to lose. Full kitchen and well equipped. No dishwasher but we are good at doing dishes together. Shower is excellent with plenty of hot water. No elevator so be prepared for 3 flights of wide stairs that are carpeted with railings. Both beds are queen size and a bit soft so bring a strong back! A very good stay for us and we plan to return next summer.

Clean & convenient

I grew up in the area & now live out of state. Nice to come visit & feel safe in a home away from home. Could use a mirror at desk in living room so there's a 2nd place to get ready for the day. Also bathtub needs a rubber mat, very slippery, had to use a hand towel on the floor of tub to prevent falling. I'd stay here again, thanks!

Lovely apartment near cultural sites

The apartment was just what our family needed as we visited the Art Institute and saw Hamilton. We were able to use the laundry facilities to refresh our clothes on an extended road trip. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Great Stay

Rented this place for a music festival down at SeatGeek Stadium. The only small things I could point out are that the AC window unit sorta spit water out at I've point and seemed a little janky and the bathroom fan was really dirty. But ultimately we really enjoyed the place, slept great, and the neighborhood is nice with walkable food/convenience stores. Thanks!

Limpio y Muy bien ubicado

Nos alojamos 14 Noches. La limpieza era muy buena y la ubicación, a 25min (sin trafico) de Chicago Dowtown era excelente. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para alojarse. El vecindario parece tranquilo, con centros comerciales, tiendas, colegios, ...., al lado. Lo único, las fotos deben de ser de hace algo de tiempo ya que ahora se ve el apartamento más "usado" Si se le requería algo de información a la anfitriona, contestaba casi inmediatamente y siempre estaba pendiente de todo. Si tengo que poner alguna pega, y no se ven en las fotos, es que tienen aire acondicionado de ventana, lo que hace que aparte de ya ser ruidoso de por si, la ventana queda abierta, por lo que de oyen todos los ruidos de la calle, pasa el tren por al lado y la carretera de 4 carriles está también pegada. Si a eso le añadimos que las cortinas de las habitaciones, no llegan a cubrir toda la ventana, ..... Para gente como nosotros que no estamos acostumbrados a estas cosas, digamos que el descanso nocturno cuesta algo.
