It is terrible, since at the time of hiring it mentions that there is parking service but does not mention that it is an additional cost, first the host mentions that the cost is 40 and then that there are cheaper tickets, the truth is that what they publish is not true, what you really end up paying for.

Parking was not easy to get into for an expedition but it was secure. The property was very clean and cozy. The bed is very hard I would suggest to the property to put a softer mattress or some type of mattress cover. We loved the location. We will definitely stay here again.

Not a better location for a game at Wrigley! Less than 5 minutes and you can see the field at the end of the street. Felt safe. Very clean. Had a keurig and a drip coffee machine. The bed seems to be a platform bed and was as comfortable as other reviews mentioned and this is coming from someone who uses a firm bed. Couch was comfy though. Loved the tv and full kitchen. Would definitely stay again. Also, equidistant from both airports and many attractions. Host was very responsive in communications.

Location was perfect. Unit was clean and free of any odors or smells. Everything needed for our stay was supplied. The Bad…. All the prior complaints about the bed hold merit. Bed and pillows lack in every aspect. Sheets and linen clean but that bed was absolutely the worse I’ve ever had to deal with and I’ve been in 12 hotels in forgotten towns in the backwoods of France. The pillows just surrender space when used. The trash can lid was broken and now serves as a burden to overcome every time you use it. Due the unit being a basement apartment a quality moisture wicking mat is needed inside

Perfect location to stay in Wrigleyville. Just two blocks away from the ballpark, and easy to get in and out of Cubs games. Plenty of places within walking distance for food and entertainment beyond the Cubs, and the drive to and from downtown is not bad either. Space is cozy for 2-3 people, and is well kept. Parking is a bit limited on the street, but the owner does provide options for either daily parking tickets or offstrett

Home was exactly how it is listed. Very clean especially for a basement unit. Location was awesome for catching a game at Wrigley Field & exploring the area on foot. ONLY downfall was the bed was terribly uncomfortable. It would be a 5/5 if not for the bed. Would definitely recommend!

Location Location Location The apartment was one block from Wrigley Field. Beautiful neighborhood. Apartment was very clean and had all that we needed. If you are using the off street parking, do not bring a big vehicle (like a full size truck) Space is tight but great for regular size vehicle. Would stay again.

Location was everything here. We were in town for a wedding and our puppy got spayed so this property being pet friendly was perfect. Walking distance to Wrigley, bagels, CVS. Couldn’t have asked for something more convenient.

The location to everything was fantastic. HOWEVER, Bed was like sleeping on cardboard, we laughed! Grate to cover ac all rusty an easy fix, wallpaper in bathroom coming off wall, some outlets no covers, bath mat in tub gross. You could really update this place to be cute/ better in one day.

The location was the only positive of our trip. I'm not sure how this apt is even up to code, as there is no railing on the steps leading to the basement....you could just walk right off the edge into the abyss . Key-less entry did not work and was not addressed or fixed during our stay so we all had to share ONE key. FYI you will be charged 50 per extra person, per night, which to me seems a bit much, especially considering the thermostat is locked, so if you are a hot sleeper like me be prepare to have a sweaty bed in the morning. If you pay for the parking pad don't drive anything over a midsize SUV.....it is VERY tight, and if you are given spot number 1 you have to back up so far you can't get to your trunk because the weeds are so bad, and don't dare leave your car up far enough to do so because you will immediately get a message from the owner asking it to be moved, or charged an additional fee. Some pictures don't match the unit, the bed in particular. There was some exposed flexible HVAC right inside the front door that had a trash bag taped around the outside of it...didn't give me much peace of mind. Kitchen cabinet door was completely broken off but was left strategically placed to make it look like it wasn't. There are literally only 4 forks, so if you plan to stay in for meals, plan ahead. I have been staying in VRBO's since the early 2000's before most people even knew of them and this was by far my worst experience EVER. Location was great.
