Apartment was exactly as described lots of light, great kitchen, easily accessible. The door people were lovely and it was clear that there was a mix of owners and renters and all were treated equally well. the host was very responsive, and very easy to access and get into the condo. Perfect service and perfect stay.

We had an awesome time at this apartment! The Cloud team was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The place was perfect for our family. Comfortable beds, great kitchen, and the kids absolutely loved the rooftop pool - that was definitely the highlight for them. Really appreciated having the pack and play for our youngest too. The doorman was so nice and helpful throughout our stay. Everything about the apartment and building was exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in Chicago. Highly recommend!
