The apartment was very clean and nicely presented. Great sunlight with a good location. Unfortunately, the futon was one of the most uncomfortable things to sleep on and tips extremely easily where its impossible to sleep on. There were also no additional blankets or pillows if someone wanted to sleep on the futon either. Another nice touch would be having coffee grounds for the coffee maker. The soap in the bathroom was also out when we got there too. The unit does have a kitchen so someone looking for a longer stay in Chicago and wants to save some money cooking, this would be a great option.
