Please note that this home is on a property with a total of four private units. All with their own entrance and no sharing of any amenity spaces. This is a lower level unit, and some noise from upstairs may be heard.

▪︎ If you've moved any furniture, return it to its original place.

Our goal is to provide a calm, boutique experience for every guest. We kindly ask that you treat the home with care and respect, just as you would your own.

• No parties or unauthorized events (fee $750).
• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM
• No smoking or vaping indoors (fee $500)
• Pets must be approved before booking ($45 per pet/stay)
• Exterior security cameras are on the property for safety
• Early check-in or late checkout may be available for a fee. Hourly stay past check-out without approval: $45/hr.
• Be mindful of neighbors when enjoying outdoor areas
• Please do not move large furniture or rugs. If our cleaning team is required to reset heavy furniture and rugs, an additional fee will apply based on their charge.
• If we do have to call a plumber due to improper disposal (ex. excessive toilet paper), the service fee would be charged to the reservation.
