Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The room was nice, but there was multiple times I asked for something but I needed to talk to someone else to have it resolved.For example, I found dried blood on my sheets. I asked for replacement sheets and it took a couple of weeks to get new ones.I also ran out of coffee and it was hard to get it replaced.
