NEW HOME/NEWLY FURNISHED! This 5 br home is centrally located to Chicago's best areas; Wicker Park, Logan Square. Bucktown. We are minutes from the best restaurants and bars and walking distance from North Branch Chicago River, which is great for kayaking during the summers! A walk to the Blue Line is 10 minutes and both airports are only 20min from the home. Ths home offers spacious gathering rooms, bedrooms, and a laundry room on the second level plus a 2 car garage and free street parking.
The space
My place is great for multiple families, business travelers, large groups, or couples! This single family home is situated on a residential street with planty of free street parking for your convenience. With
comfortable and stylish furnishings I want you to feel this is your home away from home!.
In addition I provide the following amenities to all my guests!
- My cleaners are professionally trained and follow a tightly regimented cleaning and sanitizing checklist.
They are equipped with a full complement of professional cleaning tools and chemicals including a
hospital-grade disinfectant.
- Fresh towels and linens
- Wireless internet is always available
- TV with streaming options
- Kitchen appliances including a microwave, coffee pot with a reusable filter,
tea kettle, and toaster
- Keurig and coffee maker
- My place is FULLY STOCKED with all the amenities of home like shampoo,
conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, sponges, hand
soap and dish soap.
-The full sized kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives, cutting boards,
baking sheets and all the basic tools like wine openers, cheese graters, vegetable peelers, pizza cutters, etc.

Guest will receive a keypad code (keypads are located on all doors) and guests will check with no assistance or in person interaction.

business, families visiting from out of state for holidays and guests interested in exploring the city, and small gatherings. It is not meant for large parties. Great for a crowd
We usually hotel it downtown and use Uber and the El to get around but needed a place for a crowd. This place had excellent parking for multiple guests and was a short Uber ride to Lincoln Park and Wrigleyville. Well appointed and well maintained property. Could walk to a Dunkin' for coffee but not as walkable as some other neighborhoods. Parking was amazing. Large property with great gathering space. Would definitely stay again.

Chicago trip
The house was a great size and well appointed for the most part. The house (especially bathrooms) were not as clean as they should have been. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty when we arrived. We have stayed in many VRBO properties along the Oregon coast and they have all been lovely. This house had the worst equipped kitchen of all my previous rentals. The only baking dish was burnt and not useable. The oven did not work, which was unfortunate as I was responsible for cooking lasagna for a wedding rehearsal dinner the night we arrived. Owners need to understand that people choose this type of rental so families can spend time together and not eat out every meal. We spent lots of money on beautiful
lasagnas, but we had to spend an additional $300 on prepared meals due to the broken oven.
They could also use a few extra towels!

Amazing Stay In Bucktown
This property and owner were absolutely amazing. This property was exactly how it was listed. The location was perfect for all our needs. Great breakfast spot within a very short walk.

Very Accommodating
Masooma was lovely and communication was outstanding. We had a last minute bind and Masooma was able to assist us and accommodate our needs. The house was large, bright and had pretty much everything we needed to sleep comfortably, cook and keep us entertained.
